Meet Your Instructor

Kathy Izard is the founder of Women | Faith & Story and the award-winning author of five books. In 2016, she self-published her first memoir The Hundred Story Home which received a Christopher Award for outstanding inspirational nonfiction and was later acquired by an imprint of Harper Collins Publishing. She has also self-published A Good Night for Mr. Coleman (children’s book), and The Last Ordinary Hour (adult). In 2024, Kathy will release two new books, Grace Heard a Whisper (children’s book) and Trust the Whisper (Baker Books, June 2024).
